Exclusive Premiere of "Happy Again" by Kel Adore: Professional Singer, Songwriter, Model and Empath

What do you do when you've been betrayed, but you still love the betrayer? L.A. based singer/songwriter/model Kel Adore seeks to answer this dilemma in her sophomore single "Happy Again". Following her first song, "Fool For the Pain", Adore continues to tell stories that exemplify the perfect marriage of relatable truth and radio-friendly catchiness. Talking creative choices in the studio, Adore says, "We used a mandolin and a 12-string guitar in the track and I remember being so mystified in the studio as it all came together. I took one of those little 'mental pictures' because I knew it was special and I didn't want to forget it. That moment encapsulated the magic I feel when I perform this song."

 

While she impresses with entrepreneurial skills, Adore's heart is driven by a desire for connection. Like a good friend, Adore walks alongside her fans and gives the precious gift of empathy. Part of Adore's mission as a creative is to "help people feel understood". "Happy Again" bravely dives into a personal story of hurt and indecision in the hopes of doing just that. 

 

"In my life I have left (metaphorical) claw marks on everything and everyone I have ever loved. I am a fighter. A warrior. And this song demonstrates that we sometimes hold on to for far too long.
