MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., February 2, 2018 - BRANDed Management announced this week the "Women of Football" event will return to the Super Bowl week party lineup in Minneapolis. This year's event will see top industry influencers for the third consecutive year on Friday, February 2 at 7:00 p.m. Hosted by technical athletic apparel company lululemon, the event, themed "The Speakeasy", will feature signature cocktails, special guests, NFL Industry influencers, music by DJ Johnathan Ackerman and more.
The 2018 event will highlight and honor women who are making a difference in the world of The National Football League (the NFL). The party is set to take place in a warehouse environment located behind MartinPatrick3 at 212 3rd Avenue N in Minneapolis. Invited VIP guests, both men and women, are summoned to celebrate the accomplishments of women in every corner of the football industry.
From the front office to the field, the negotiation table to brand strategy, women are growing their presence in football and impact on professional football. This event salutes the many women who provide the support and guidance needed for NFL players to achieve success, as well as women who make the NFL what it is today - and are working to grow and improve it. The event was co-founded by Ashley Kerns of Kerns Marketing and Management and Kelli Masters of KMM Sports in 2015 with the purpose of bringing these women together.
"Women make incredibly important contributions to the professional football industry, and play such a critical role in the lives of NFL players," said Masters. "These amazing individuals deserve to be celebrated!"
Along with featured guests and celebrities, marquee players from across the league will attend the event. lululemon's pop up in the back room of MartinPatrick3 in the North Loop is open through February 4. The space will be host to complimentary workouts, on-site product customization, and events throughout the week.
